Dzhabar (Chengizhan) Askerov fought against Shannon Foreman on Phillip Lam Promotions, which took place in New Zealand on 3rd of March 2007. Dzhabar made quick work of the bashing New Zealand fighter much to the horror and shock of the local crowd. Shannan was moving well, had injured Dzhabars’ leg and loaded nice body shot but the Chengizhan kept pressuring the distance. Shannon let the Chengizhan control center of ring, and he didn’t let up with the pressure to force a punch. Then Dzhabar caught Shannan in the neutral far corner with devastating left hook, right on the chin, which flattened Foreman and he looked very jaded and helped to his feet. It was a very precise shot to the chin. On March, 17th, 2007 Siemens Arena (Lithuania, Vilnius) will host 8 men tournament K-1 MAX EAST EUROPE GP - 2007. On this show Dzhabar (Chengizhan) Askerov will fight against the winner of World Grand Prix K-1 MAX - Buakaw Por.Pramuk (Thailand).
